Drew defines Three Words
- Leadership – Drew’s definition is simple, yet powerful. He defines leadership as empowering others to be their best.
- Fatherhood – Drew’s collection of individual words defining Fatherhood: unselfish, loving, Giving, Unconditional, and being Unselfish
- Integrity – Doing the right thing when nobody’s watching and not dependent upon how another person behaves.
Behavior Responsibility – The method he likes to take into consideration when there are disputes and finger-pointing with his sons. It begins with one question – “Whose behavior are you responsible for?”
