For our very first guest, it was great to have Eric Snow of the National Center for Fathering with us. Eric is the Executive Director of WATCH D.O.G.S. (Dads of Great Students), a father-engagement and educational initiative of the National Center for Fathering. He brings a tremendous amount of wisdom and experience to the show. Eric married his high school sweetheart in 1982 and has two children. He spent much of his life in the printing industry and was the driving force behind the creation of the Watch D.O.G.S. program, an innovative father involvement, educational initiative that can be found in schools all over the world.
In this episode, he discusses his leadership journey and shares a great story about his father. He also talks about his daily morning routine and how it’s changed as his kid’s grew up and left the nest.
